Fitness & Dance, well for anybody who is looking to lose weight in my opinion dancing would be the way to go (: Dancing is a brilliant way to shed the pounds and there is such a huge variety of types of dancing there is always something for everyone if its ballet or street or contemporary whatever! Even if you want to lose the weight in your own living room there are many videos and dvds you can buy to use in your own home. A very popular type of dance when wanting to lose weight is aerobics. Aerobics has many benefits as you can burn so many calories! look into it (: x
